How the process works. Generally, the purchase process includes: Loan Application, Offer, Acceptance, Inspections, Contract, Appraisal, Title, Full Loan Approval, Closing/Funding and Moving In. Many little steps can fall in between, and the process won’t always occur in a given order. We will guide you through each step and make sure the process goes as smooth as possible.
